Easy Bearnaise sauce

Angie @Rekcah
Addendum: Based on the wattage of your microwave, adjust accordingly. My new microwave only took 30 seconds, longer and the sauce broke. I love Bearnaise sauce and I have always used packets in the past. Lately, they don't seem to have the flavor they used to. This recipe is quick and easy.

Easy Tartar Sauce
This is a simplified version!!I used lemon juice, but if you have fresh lemon, you should use it!!If you don't have lemon juice or fresh lemon, you can use Italian dressing. It's convenient if you make it right in the bowl that it will be served in to prevent dirtying extra dishes. One day my friend had told me that she needed to buy some pickles. When I asked what she was making, she said tartar sauce!! I think it's such a waste to buy pickles just for that purpose. It's fine if you like pickles and have them at home, but otherwise using parsley is totally fine. Recipe by mielle

White Asparaguses Mayonnaise Sauce
I bought some white asparagus at the supermarket.I made a sauce using egg and olive oil. This sauce is lower in calorie than store-bought ones and contains less additives too!To eliminate the natural bitterness of the white asparagus it's important to add butter, sugar and lemon juice to the pot when boiling.Blend the sauce in a bowl suspended over a pan of hot water on a low heat. It should take about 5 minutes.Adjust the amount of salt and mustard to your liking. Recipe by Brandy

Relais-inspired steak sauce
If you've ever had the privilege of eating at Le Relais de l'Entrecote in Paris, you probably remember well the ridiculously delicious green sauce they serve over their steak. I've been trying to recreate it for years, without much success. Until recently, when I found a pair of clips on YouTube which looked promising. I decided to give their recipe a try, with a few modifications (I wasn't about to make mayonnaise from scratch just to put it in another sauce). The result was the closest yet to the real thing. I won't go so far as to call it Relais sauce, but it is Relais-inspired.

Easy Tartar Sauce
I don't really like pickles, so I made a variation on a tartar sauce recipe with some pickled cucumbers I had instead and it tasted great.I don't use heavy cream at home, so I used coffee creamer and it was a great success.Adjust the amount of coffee creamer to the richness you like. The pickled cucumbers have enough saltiness to them that you don't need to add extra salt, but give it a taste to see.
