Ingredients

  1. Lamb meatball
  2. 1 lbGround lamb
  3. 1/4 cupItalian bread crumbs
  4. 2egg yolks
  5. 1 tspcurry powder
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. Curry sauce
  8. 1/2 canCoconut milk
  9. 1 tbspred curry paste
  10. 1 tspcurry powder
  11. 1 tbspfish sauce
  12. 1/2 tspsesame oil
  13. 1 tspcayenne powder

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 350°F.

    Meatballs mix all ingredients together. Make meatballs about a inch and half in diameter.

    Spray cookie sheet with canola place meatballs on sheet. Place in oven for aprox. 35min or till meatball starts browning.

    Sauce mix ingredients in sauce pan on medium heat stir let simmer for 2mins . Then finished.

    I used texas toast quartered to place meatball on top drizzle sauce over. Garnish with water cress.
