Basically roasted chicken is one of my favorite meals then recently I fell inlove with those herbs & mints so I tried to combine them together. Honestly it wasn’t my original recipe but other’s recipe helps me a lot to create this.

A roasted version of that yummy sweet and tangy chicken dish we've all come to love.You can use maple syrup or agave instead of honey or, as I did today, use up all your Popeye's Fried Chicken Honey Sauce packets. :P

This version of the familiar “beer can” chicken offers a nice citrus flavor to a whole roasted chicken. It’s cooked on a grill (gas or charcoal) using an indirect cooking method that produces a nice crispy skin color with moist, tender, meat. Using a can holder (inexpensive) is easier and preferable but not mandatory. The can and holder will be hot coming off the grill mind you, so use a metal spatula.

Found bone in, skin on chicken breasts for $1.99 a lb so I loaded up and cooked it all. Tmrw, we won’t even recognize this chicken😂
