  • 6Chicken leg Quarters
  • 8Fresh Orange Slices & LIME Slices
  • 1Tablespoon of Minced Garlic
  • 2Tablespoons of CRACKED BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 cupCILANTRO
  • 4Tablespoons of SEASONING SALT
  • 2 cupOf WATER
  • 1 cupMINCED ONION
  • 1 stickof MARGARINE

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse Chicken Well & Lay in LARGE Roasting Pan

  2. 2

    Pour in Your 2 Cups of Water & MARGARINE

  3. 3

    Place ORANGE SLICES & LIME SLICES in top of Chicken

  4. 4

    Add All Your SEASONINGS All over Chicken .

  5. 5

    COOK IN OVEN AT 375°F FOR AN HOUR ..The Last 10 Minutes UNCOVERED.
