Better then jiffy

These cornbread muffins are made with buttermilk and a touch of honey. Delicious for breakfast or as a side dish!

These sweet, crumbly muffins are unbelievably easy to make and incredibly addicting - perfect as an appetizer or snack!

Sweet and spicy muffins with a ton of flavor. Delicious over pinto beans. (6cups water, 1lb of beans with sliced and diced jalapeño sausage with some additional diced jalapeños. Crock pot for 7-9 hours on low.)

My husband absolutely loves spicy sides with his smoked ribs. He uses these to soak up any baked beans and rib sauce off his plate. Nothing to waste.

I used to mix a little brown sugar in with that also but I have to watch my sugar now so I omitted that this time.

I so cheated and used jiffy cornbread mix and added in some blueberries. I used a muffin pan and not an 8X8 . I also used some leftover mix, and cooked some in the solar oven... see other recipe for that one.
