saute onion garlic and ham and a little bit of olive oil. Pull out of pan set aside

add more olive oil and fry the rice until golden brown. add the sauteed onion, ham, and garlic.

Pour 2 cups of water, tomato sauce, chicken bullion, and remaining ingredients and stir until incorporated

Once everything is stirred together heat to boiling and then turn down to simmer for 15 minutes
