Ingredients

  1. 1 kgjowar
  2. 200 gmwhole black urad
  3. 1 tspmethi
  4. For each bhakri
  5. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  6. 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  7. Salt
  8. Oil or butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Make flour using exact 1 kg jowar, 200 gm urad and 1tsp methi.

  2. 2

    Now take 1/2 cup flour on flat surface and add chilli and garlic paste and salt and mix it and add warm water with spoon just as much as it needs to make good dough for bhakri.

  3. 3

    Now roll bhakri and bake it on iron tawa.

  4. 4

    Brush some oil and serve it.
