Ingredients

  1. 1/2 ltrmilk with cream
  2. 5 tbspsugar or as per your choice
  3. 1 cuplauki grated
  4. 3elaichi
  5. Dry fruits for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat milk and mix sugar in it and let it reduce to 2/3rd.

  2. 2

    Now add elaichi, grated lauki in it and mix it. Add colour if you like.

  3. 3

    Now once it starts boiling remove cream from side and put it back in kheer and serve it warm with dry fruits garnish.
