Steps

Take a bowl add boiled egg then add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt mix it well..

Take a pan add oil then fry all the egg till it golden brown..

Take a pan add oil then add cumin seeds saute then add onion fry for 1min then add ginger garlic paste fry for 5min..

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder mix it well and fry for 5min..

Add tomato puree fry till oil comes out..

Add roasted gram flour fry for 2min. Add 1cup water saute then add egg.

Take a pan add oil then add raw egg beaten stir it continously for 2min.. Bhurji is ready.

Add bhurji to egg gravy.. Then add roasted Kasuri methi and coriander leaves and cook for 1min..

Egg hyderabadi masala is ready to serve..
