Makki & methi croquettes (tikki)
Steps

Assemble all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Add little water if required to knead a soft dough. Keep rest for 15 minutes.

Divide into equal portions. Make round balls. Flatten it in round shape with your palm.

Heat deep nonstick fry pan. Add little oil. Place tikkies. Shallow fry them on slow heat until golden.

Flip it's side. Add oil & fry both sides.

Serve hot with tomato sauce, green chutney, salad & curd.
