Mushrooms in Red Wine
Nice side dish that goes well with anything.
Steps

In a large pan cook the mushrooms with a handful of salt. Cook for about 5-10 Stirring often.

Once no more water is coming out of the mushrooms, drain the mushrooms and wipe pan down.

Heat the olive oil and add the garlic cook for a few seconds.

Add the mushrooms and stir. Cook for a further minute.
- 5
Add the wine and cook for a further 5 minutes or so.
- 6
Add the chilli powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- 7
Add the chopped coriander and cook for a further minute or so.
- 8
Check seasoning and serve as a side.
