3 tbspOlive oil
1 cupBaby carrots, chopped
1 smallonion, chopped
1 cloveGarlic, minced
1 jar(24 oz) marinara sauce
2 can(14 oz) chicken broth
1 can(15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 tspRed pepper flakes
1 cupAny small pasta
1Salt & Pepper to taste

Steps

Add olive oil to a large pot over med-high heat

Add carrots, onions, and garlic and saute until soft, about 2 minutes

Add marinara sauce, chicken broth, beans, red pepper flakes, pasta, salt & pepper

Simmer for 10 minutes

Serve with bread

OPTIONAL: add 1 lb of cooked mild to hot Italian sausage
