Ingredients

  • Riceotto
  • 2shallot
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 400 mlAvororice
  • 100 mlWhite wine
  • 1 literchicken bouillon
  • 50 gramsbutter
  • 80 gramsparmesan cheese
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchpepper
  • 150 gramsasparagus
  • Grilled lime Fishsticks
  • 250 gramssalomon
  • 250 gramscod
  • 1lime
  • 100 mlfresh basil
  • 2 tbspoliveoil
  • 1 tbspfishsause
  • 1 pinchlemon-pepper
  • 1 pinchcayennepepper

Steps

    To make Riceotto:

  2. 2

    Chip the shallot and fry togheter with butter

  3. 3

    After 3min add the rice and let it fry another 3min

  4. 4

    Add the Whine in interwalls and let i boll on low heat for 20min

  5. 5

    At the end. Add butter, parmesan and the dat and pepper

  6. 6

    Boil, chop and add the asparagus.

  7. 7

    Lime grilled fishsticks:

    Chop fish into 2x2 cm cubes

  9. 9

    Make fish sticks

  10. 10

    Put on owenplate and squeeze lime over

  11. 11

    Mix chopped basil, limejucie, oil,fishsause, lemonpepper and Cayenne pepper.

  12. 12

    Pour the mix over the fish and grill in owen for 5 min
