  • 6Eggs
  • As tasteSalt
  • half tblspBlack pepper powder
  • 2 tbspBrown sugar
  • 1/4sphaldi
  • 2 tspmilk
  • 1 tsp green coriander (Chopped)
  • Oil For shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Egg ko whisk ke le.

  2. 2

    Issme salt, brown sugar, black pepper powder, haldi and milk add ke whisk ke le.

  3. 3

    After whisking green coriander mix kar le.

  4. 4

    Nonstick pan main oil dal ke garam ke bread slice ko dip ke crispy shallow fry ke le.
