Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add rai then add all vegetable and saute for 2 minute.

Then, add suji and saute for 3-4 mins.

Now add salt, black paper and red chilli powder and mix well.

Now add 2cup water and mix well

Cook them well, be quick enough to stir. the sooji will begin to absorb the water and swell.

Keep on stirring often till the whole mixture starts thickening and starts to leave the edge of the kadai or pan.

Now off the gas and mix lemon juice

When mixture cool, take a small quantity of the mixture, shape it into a ball then press between your plams

Place little grated cheese then shape it into a ball. Or which shape you like..

Now take a bowl add maida and water make thick mixture

And take a plate add breadcum and chilli flakes mix well

Now take a ball dip into maida mixture now coat with breadcum

Now deep fry the balls..

Suji cheese balls ready..serve hot
