Ingredients

  1. 1 kgzucchini, roughly grated
  2. 2large onions, grated 
  3. 1 cupfeta cheese, crumbled 
  4. 1 cupdried bread crumbs 
  5. 1bit of oil 
  6. 1 bunchparsley
  7. Spearmint 
  8. Salt, pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together using as much dried bread crumbs as it takes to combine and form. 

  2. 2

    Shape the dough into patties and fry them in hot oil.

  3. 3

    Place on kitchen paper before serving.
