Pound chicken to 1/4" thickness.

Whisk together soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder, and onion powder. It will make a paste.

Preheat grill pan or saute pan over medium high. Spray with non stock cooking spray.

Place chicken in pan and brush one side with sauce. Cook about 3 minutes.

Flip chicken and brush the other side with remaining sauce. Cook until done, about 3-4 minutes more.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
