I will always be a fan of kaki-peanuts! Since I've got heaps of them at home, I experimented with a new taste.

Using a non-stick frying pan, heat the granulated sugar and water over medium heat.

When the sugar dissolves completely and becomes white and bubbly, add the kaki-peanuts. Mix and heat for 3 minutes over medium heat.

Spread them out on a sheet of parchment paper. Let them cool down, and enjoy!

I love these kaki-peanuts that I can get at convenience stores. They're 90 g per bag.
