Ingredients

2 servings
  • 500 gbeef
  • 2 tbsmeat marinade
  • pinchcoriander seeds
  • pinchrosemary
  • 1 tsprajah curry spice
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1onion
  • 1/2green pepper, diced
  • 2 tbstasty oxtail soup
  • 2medium potatoes, diced
  • water to cook until done keep adding slowly
  • 1beef stock cube

Steps

1:20 mins
  1. 1

    Mix beef with marinade, coriander seeds and rosemary start cooking

  2. 2

    Slowly add water when it's half done add onion, oil and remaining spices

  3. 3

    Add beef stock, green pepper and diced potatoes

  4. 4

    In a cup of water add tasty oxtail soup let it simmer for 15 minutes
