Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 500 gbeef
  2. 2 tbsmeat marinade
  3. pinchcoriander seeds
  4. pinchrosemary
  5. 1 tsprajah curry spice
  6. 1 tsppaprika
  7. 1onion
  8. 1/2green pepper, diced
  9. 2 tbstasty oxtail soup
  10. 2medium potatoes, diced
  11. water to cook until done keep adding slowly
  12. 1beef stock cube

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix beef with marinade, coriander seeds and rosemary start cooking

  2. 2

    Slowly add water when it's half done add onion, oil and remaining spices

  3. 3

    Add beef stock, green pepper and diced potatoes

  4. 4

    In a cup of water add tasty oxtail soup let it simmer for 15 minutes
