  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 3 tspsuji
  3. Oil hing zeera
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. I tsp dhania powder
  7. 1/2 tspamchur powder
  8. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  9. Oil for frying
  10. 1/2 cupmoong dal with out chilka
  11. 2 tspurad dal with out chilka

Steps

  1. 1

    Dono dalo ko saaf kar ke 4se 5 ghante ke pani mein bhigo de.After that dal mein pani nikal kar dardara piec le.

    Maida or suji mein oil,salt mix kar ke soft dough bana le. 10 mein ke dough ko kapde se dhak ke rakh de.

    Gas p karahi rakh ke oil dale.Oil garam hone par hing or zeera dale.roast hone par dono dal or sabhi masalo ko 2m ke lie bhun le.

    Ab atte ki loi bel kar usme bhagawan dale or band kar ke choti choti kachori bana le.

    Ab in kachori ko oil mein sim gas p fry karein.tej gas p fry nahi krni ander se kachi rh jayengi.khasta kachori ready hai.

    Chutney.....1cup coriander,green chilli,salt to taste, lemon juice.Wash and mix aL these.grind it and mix 2 tsp curd.

    Kachori and chutney is ready to eat.
