Steps

Boil water for the rice

Add rice, cooking oil and 1tsp salt

Turn heat to low and cover for around 10-15 minutes then uncover and taste if ready then set aside

Place onions in a sufuria and cooking oil. Stir then add hoho
- 5
After a minute add tomatoes and stir as the tomatoes soften
- 6
Add dhania and salt then stir.
- 7
Add ndengu and water.stir and royco then cover for 3minutes then turn off heat.

Serve and garnish with yellow and red capsicum then serve
