Sare msale grinder mein pees le. fir isme daal aur garlic, green chilli daal ke peesle.sukha hua peese. Namak mix kar lein.

Bowl mein nikal le. Aate ko roti bnane jaisa doe taiyar kar lein namak mix kar ke.

Ab ek bde bowl mein pani mein hlka s nmak daal ke gas p chdhaye.

Aate ki puri jasi roti bana ke usme daal stuff karein jaise gujhiya bnate hai. Aur gas p chdhe bowl mein dale.

Sare fare aise hi bana ke usme daale. Fry stick s chlaye hlke s. Dhak ke medium flame p pakayein.

30-35 min pakayein gas off krde sare fare ek plate p nikal le. Aur thande hone Par chote-2 pic kaatle.

Pan mein pyaj, mirch,tmatar daal ke fry kar lein. Green chutney s serve karein.

Yaa aap heeng jeera aur mirch the fry karein. Aur Tea time ko best banayein.
