Soft, creamy and absolutely tasty, this omelette is the ultimate morning comfort food for that brunch after a night out partying. Perfect hangover cure. Perfectly paired with almost anything.
Steps

Prepare all ingredients. Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.

Heat pan to medium. Drizzle with olive oil.
- 3
When the oil is hot enough, put in the garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add onions and saute for 2 more minutes or until transparent.
- 5
Add the beaten eggs. Do not stir. Wait for about half a minute for the sides to solidify. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Once the sides are a bit solid, fold in the sides to the center. Everytime the sides solidify, repeat. (To get better visuals, try to watch Jamie Oliver how he makes his scrambled eggs british style)h

Keep on folding until the eggs look cooked enough. Not too much or the eggs might dry out!
