I made this and i wanted to share it with you guys and how easy and satisfying it is to make
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl place the chapati flour. Mix the sugar and a tea spoon of salt into the warm water.

Form a small hole in a flour and add the water slowly kneed until it forms a soft dough

Add a tablespoon cooking oil and kneed. Cover and let it set for ten to fifteen minutes.

Meanwhile fry onions in a tablespoon of cooking oil in a sufuria. Add the beef and potatoes and stir. Leave for five minutes

Add in the courgettes and bell peppers and tomatoes and stir. Add in two cuos of water salt and stir. Summer for fifteen minutes.

Pinch the dough and form small balls. Flatten using a rolling pin.

In a heated frying pan place the flattened chapati and add a tea spoon cooking oil.

Cook evenly on both sides. Do this until your done with the chapatis

Serve with the beef stew.
