Cut the paneer in cube size or any shape you like

Now take pan and put some oil in it and fry the paneer till slightly brown and keep it into warm water and keep aside.

Now chopped the methi and keep aside.

Now take onion,tomato,4 green cardamom, daalchini, garlic,clove and put into cooker with half gilass of water and give 4 to 5 whistle on medium flame and keep aside.

After some time open the lid of cooker and grind the onion and tomato after cool down and keep aside.

After grinding filtre the mixture with the help of chanani and keep aside.

Now take a pan and put desi ghee and butter into the pan and when butter get melted than put sabut masala daal chini,small cardamom, big cardamom, clove and sabut laal mirch stir well when thay crackle than put chopped methi into the pan and mix well and cook into medium flame and cook until it become slightly brown.

Now put tomato paste into the pan and cook on medium flame 4 to 5 min..

Keep string until oil get separated. Now put kashmirilal mirch powder, kalimirch powder,some garam masala and salt to tasten mix well and keep staring for 2 to 3min on slow to medium flame.

Now put one cup blended milk into the pan and mix well when milk get boiled than put fried paneer into the pan and mix well and cover the pan and cook on slow to medium flame for 4 to 5 min..and check the grave how much thick you want.

Now put fresh cream or fresh malai into the grave and mix well and cook on slow to medium flame for 2 to 3 min and keep the flame off.

Now your Methi malai paneer is ready to serve garnish with fresh cream on the top and enjoy home made methi malai paneer and served with chapati paratha or rice.....
