1raw mangoe (peeled and cut into small pieces)
1/2 cupgrated fresh coconut
4-5 podsgarlic
1-2green chillies
1 tspsugar
1 tspRed chilli powder
to tastesalt
Tadka-Rai 1tspZeera 1tspOil 2 tbsp

Blend all above items together into a fine paste using little water.

Now make tadka add oil,rai,zeera in a pan let it crackle... add chutney in it mix it... cook for 2 min.

Spicy Raw mango Chutney is ready.

Note - This chutney can be preserved in the fridge for 5-6 days.
