Ingredients

  1. Ingredients for Paneer Tikka
  2. 6Paneer cubes
  3. 9capsicum pieces in cubes
  4. 9 slicesTomatoes
  5. 9 slicesonion
  6. As neededMarination mixture
  7. To tasteSauce
  8. Ingredients for Marinade
  9. 1/4 cupHung Curd
  10. 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  11. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  12. 1 tsp Red chilli pow
  13. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  14. 1 tbspnmustard oil
  15. To tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Method for merination ===

    Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

  3. 3

    Method for making tikka ===

  4. 4

    Add the Paneer cubes into marinade mixture and lightly mix. And kept into refrigerator for half an hour.

  5. 5

    Insert the capsicum cube, onion, tomato slices into the skewers and then marinated Paneer cube repeate again this process.

  6. 6

    Arrange all skewers like this.

  7. 7

    Then bake into pre heated tandoor only for 2-3 min.

  8. 8

    Serve with homemade momos sauce. Or your choice
