Ingredients

  1. 2grated coconut
  2. 2large cassava cut into pieces
  3. 1large diced onion
  4. Mashed garlic
  5. Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Make coconut juice from the grated coconut by adding one cup of water and sieve to separate juice from coconut remains. Call it the first juice.

  2. 2

    Add one and a half cup of water to make juice number two let it b less thicker than the first.

  3. 3

    Put the cut cassavas in a sufuria, add the second coconut juice, the onions and garlic then boil for 15mins.

  4. 4

    When ready add the first juice and let it cook for another 10mimutes.

  5. 5

    When ready serve with hot tea or beef stew.
