For ghoogni....
Heat a pan add oil..1tsp each of jeera, ginger chille paste garlic paste,hing...
1tbsp onion and saute it till it become soft and light pink.
250grms of soaked and boiled yellow matar...now add masalas.1tsp of each haldi, mirch, dhania powder, 1/2tsp of chat masala,garam masala,jeera powder,dhania patta....
Salt as per taste....
Now add 1 tomato.... cook for 5-7 mins - 2
For tikki:
Take 4 boiled,peeled,grated potato,add 1/2 tsp each of jeera ginger chilli powder...salt...dhania patta....make it in the shapes of tikki.. shallow fry....
Serve hot.....
