Unroll the phyllo dough and cut it lengthwise into two equal halves.

To make the filling, combine all the cheeses in a bowl. Add the cubed pastrami and tomatoes, pour in a little oil, and mix everything together.

Take two sheets of phyllo dough, place some filling in the center, roll it up, and brush the outside lightly with oil.

Arrange the rolls in a baking dish greased with butter. After using all the dough and filling, brush each roll with melted butter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) until golden on the bottom, then turn them over to brown the other side. Remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy!
