Ingredients

  • 1 packagephyllo dough
  • 1/2 containerfeta cheese (or any type)
  • 3 1/2 oz (100 grams)aged Romano cheese, cut into cubes
  • 3 1/2 oz (100 grams)pastrami, cut into cubes
  • 2tomatoes, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoonscorn oil
  • 4 tablespoonsunsalted butter, melted

Steps

    Unroll the phyllo dough and cut it lengthwise into two equal halves.

  2. 2

    To make the filling, combine all the cheeses in a bowl. Add the cubed pastrami and tomatoes, pour in a little oil, and mix everything together.

  3. 3

    Take two sheets of phyllo dough, place some filling in the center, roll it up, and brush the outside lightly with oil.

  4. 4

    Arrange the rolls in a baking dish greased with butter. After using all the dough and filling, brush each roll with melted butter.

  5. 5

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) until golden on the bottom, then turn them over to brown the other side. Remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy!
