Line a rimmed baking sheet with wax paper

Stir chocolate in a metal or flass bowl over a saucepan of simmering water until smooth

Stir in half the dried fruit and pistachios

Stir in all spices

Spread chocolate mixture onto baking sheet.

Sprinkle with cocoa nibs and remaining fruit and pistachios, press gently into chocolate.

Chill in the fridge until dirm, then break into pieces.
