Prepare boiled noodles boil them until they are almost cooked but not mushy, for around 3 minutes.Take them in a large bowl, sprinkle 2 tablespoons cornflour over it and toss gently.Heat oil in a kadahi over medium flame and deep fry noodles, spread boiled noodles uniformly in hot oil and fry till crisp and golden brown in colour. Drain on absorbent paper to discard off excess oil.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well till the noodles are evenly coated with the sauces and serve immediately.
