This recipe is an innovative one by me. I have taken different flours and winter veggies to make a wholesome diet. You can eat as such without any side item or with dal , Chhole or Sambar .
For kids who are generally not interested to eat vegetables this recipe is good one for them as they will love this Chilla.

Steps

Mix all the ingredients (except cooking oil) to make a batter not so thick or not so thin.

Take a nonstick pan. Heat and smear with oil. Spread 2 ladles of batter and spread evenly.

Keep the flame in low medium and cook the Chilla covered for 2 mins.

Now flip the other and cook till done.
- 5
Yummy Chilla are ready. Serve hot with accompanied side dish of your choice or savour as such.
