Ingredients

  • 3 cupsflour
  • Halfteaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cuppowdered milk
  • 1/2 cupwater to mix the milk
  • 4eggs
  • 1/2 cupmaltina
  • 1/2 cupmilo
  • 1 cupbutter
  • 1 tbsvanilla extract
  • 3 tspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oven, coat pan with butter and flour and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. mix in the milo.

  3. 3

    Beat in butter one teaspoon at a time. Mix till the mixture looks like a damp sand

  4. 4

    Beat in egg one at a time. Add vanilla

  5. 5

    Mix the milk with water and add.

  6. 6

    Finally pour in the malt. Mix till batter is smooth.

  7. 7

    Pour in pan and bake for 35mins or until a skewer comes out smooth.

  8. 8

    Bring out and let to cool. Your cake is ready.
