Idli Dhokla
Steps

Mix all ingredients of dhokla and make smooth batter with water and rest for 5 minutes.

Heat 2 cups of water in a heavy bottom pan and grease idili stand.

Add baking powder and eno in besan and mix gently and pour batter in the greased idili stand.

Put stand in boiling water and cover it while cooking for 12 minutes

Check the cooked dhokla by inserting a knife to it. The batter should not stick to the knife.

Switch off the gas flame. Take the idili stand out of the pan and let it cool down for about 2 minutes

Tadka Preparation - Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, hing and fresh curry leaves to it.

Once the seeds crackles, add chopped green chilies, water, sugar, lemon juice and salt according to the water. Boil for 2 minutes.

Switch off the flame and wait for tadka to get cool down.

Pour this tadka on dhokla and garnishes with chopped coriander.

Delicious and healthy 'Idli Dhokla' is ready to be served with coconut chutney!!
