Steps

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute for 4-5 minutes. Add tomatoes, capsicums and saute for 8-10 minutes. Allow it to cool down and grind with green chilies and potatoes.

Heat a pan, add butter, turmeric and above ground mixture. Add water, salt and pav bhaji masala.

Cook for 5 minutes and then sprinkle freshly chopped coriander and switch off the flame.

Heat a tava and shallow fry pavs with butter.

Delicious 'Pav Bhaji' is ready to be served!!!
