Ingredients

500 gramshalgam (peel, wash, boil)
3onion (finally chopped)
4tomato (finally chopped)
3green chilli (finally chopped)
In inch ginger (paste)
7, 8garlic (paste)
To tastesalt
To tastered chilli powder
1/4 spooncoriander powder
1/4 spoonturmeric
1/4 spoongaram masala
Some jaggery

Steps

Take a one pan add some oil and, onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic paste, saute for a few minutes.

Add the tomato, and all spices and burn it.

Add boil & mashed shalgam and mix it.

Add jaggery and mix it.

Now, ready to eat with chapatti.
