
Henush Russian "roulette" (loaf)

Steps

Meat : mix all the ingredients together and spread on an oiled aluminium paper.

Stuffing : fry all the ingredients except the green onion and the herbs till little golden color and add seasoning , salt and ppepper.

Spread the stuffing all over the meat and sprinkle with green ond fresh herbs.

Oil your hands a little and start folding to a roulette shape . ( use the aluminium paper )

Oil well the loaf and cover with bread crumbs.

Preheat the oven for a 170c and bake for 2 hours.
