Poke holes in squash and place in microwave for 10min

Then cut in half and scrap the seeds out, then take a fork and scrape the inside long ways.

Remove squash strains and lightly drain or blot with a paper towel.

Then place squash in the sauteed olive oil and garlic for a few min.

Bake at 350 for 30min

When done let cool for a few min then serve.
