combine steak, pale ale, lime juice, and cumin in resealable food storage bag, toss to coat. refrigerate two hours, turning occasionally.

meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. add onion, cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until starting to soften. add bell peppers, cook and stir 7 to 8 minutes or until softened. add garlic, cook and stir one minute. add tomatoes, cook two minutes or until just beginning to soften. add soy sauce, cook one minute. keep warm.

prepare grill for direct cooking.

lightly oil grid. remove steak from marinade, discard marinade. sprinkle with salt and pepper. grill steak on each side for medium rare or desired degree of doneness. cut to quarter invh slices.
