Ingredients

4-5big red tomato (salad wale)
4-5garlic clove finely chopped
1onion finely chopped
1/4red chilli flakes
1/4dried basil and oregano
1 tea spoonsugar
2 tablespoonolive oil
1 pinchblack pepper

Blanch the tomatoes and make Puree of tomato

Take a pan. Heat oil.add finely chhoped garlic and onion. Cook over medium flame onion becomes translucent.

Pour tomato Purée. Mix properly and cook for 5-7 minutes

Keep stirring. Add red chilli flacks basil and oregano a and salt to taste.

Off the gas when we got thick consistency
