Mix all the ingredients in a pan.

See that there is no lumps.

Cook on slow flame till milk evaporates and mawa leaves sides of the pan and becomes thick.

Now remove and shape it in a ball.

Refrigerate it for sometimes till it sets and becomes firm.

Now you can grate and use in any dishes you want.
