Sarso ka saag with makai methi roti

Steps

Take cooker. Add one glass water. Water boils add chopped and washed Sarso and Palak leaves.

Add chopped ginger and green chilli and salt And cover it.

Another side, take a pan. Add desi ghee. Add jeera and hing.

Then add onion and saute well. Then add tomatoes. Add all msala. And saute it.

For Roti daugh:take makai and wheat flour. Add salt Mirch and maethi. Mix well. And water to make a smoth daugh. Ready

When saag is boiled. Then add Besan. And grind it. Make smooth. Add Tadka in it.

Boil for 5 min. Ready to serve
