Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupCabernet Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand
  • 2 poundsyellow crook necked squash
  • 1/2large onion diced
  • 1/3 poundsage bulk sausage
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoonextra Virgin olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown the sausage add the onion

    Chop the squash and add stirfry for 5 minutes and cover. Continue to sauté.

    Add the Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc cover and let reduce 30 minutes or so

    Stir occasionally.

    Squash and onions are a few vegetables that taste so very good caramelized so after the liquids reduce caramelize the squash and onions.
