Chop the squash and add stirfry for 5 minutes and cover. Continue to sauté.

Add the Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc cover and let reduce 30 minutes or so

Stir occasionally.

Squash and onions are a few vegetables that taste so very good caramelized so after the liquids reduce caramelize the squash and onions.
