In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Coat the pork chops. Place in a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Add water to pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour or until a meat thermometer reads 160°F.

In a large skillet, melt the jelly. Add apples. Cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes or until apples are tender, turning occasionally. Serve with pork chops.

TIP: Instead of looking in the packaged meat section of your supermarket for pork chops, go straight to the meat counter and ask for pork chops with the thickness you desire.
