1 teaspooncayenne pepper
2 tablespoonspotjiekos spice mix
1 teaspoonchilli flakes
1/4 cupolive oil
1/2 teaspoonsalt
2 tablespoonsmuscavado sugar
to tasteSmokey barbecue sauce

Add sugar, salt,olive oil,chilli flakes,spice mix and pepper to create a rub. Coat meat with the rub

Add lamb chops to hot coals

Coat meat with smokey barbecue sauce 2 minutes before removal from fire

Server hot. Best enjoyed with salads and beer
