Heat a nonstick tawa, add oil.
Add garlic and chilli, sauté for two minutes. - 2
Add the tomato purée. Sauté well and add the tomato paste.
Add salt. Mix well. - 3
Add the dried herbs and chilli flakes.
Sauté well. - 4
Now add the basil leaves and cook for two minutes.
Your pizza sauce is ready. - 5
Notes: Adjust green chillies according to your taste.
Basil leaves gives nice aroma and taste.
You can use any oil, but olive oil gives a good flavor.
