Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 100 gmsweet corn
  2. 100 gmboiled potato
  3. 50 gmeach onion,capsicum and carrot
  4. 1 table spooncorn flour
  5. 1 table spoongram flour
  6. As neededcooking oil
  7. 100 gmbread crum
  8. 1 tea spoonred chilli powder
  9. 1 tea spoongram masala
  10. 1 tea spoonred dhaniya powder
  11. leavesgreen chilli, dhaniya
  12. 1 tspDiced Ginger Garlic
  13. 1lemon juice

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind boiled sweet corn, boil potatoes.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl, sweet corn, potatoes ginger, garlic, carrot, capsicum

  3. 3

    Add salt, red chilli powder, gram masala, dhaniya powder, green dhaniya, lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Add gram flour, corn flour, bread crumbs into the mixture

  5. 5

    Now make kabab shape rolls using kulfi stick into this.

  6. 6

    Coat with bread crum and deep fry in preheated cooking oil.

  7. 7

    Keep on pepper towel to soak extra oil.

  8. 8

    Serve with red tomato sauce and green chutney.
