Grind boiled sweet corn, boil potatoes.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, sweet corn, potatoes ginger, garlic, carrot, capsicum

Add salt, red chilli powder, gram masala, dhaniya powder, green dhaniya, lemon juice.

Add gram flour, corn flour, bread crumbs into the mixture

Now make kabab shape rolls using kulfi stick into this.

Coat with bread crum and deep fry in preheated cooking oil.

Keep on pepper towel to soak extra oil.

Serve with red tomato sauce and green chutney.
