Broken wheat & oats spinach croquettes

Soak broken wheat (Dalia) in hot water for 5-6 hours. Drain excess water.

Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Mix all ingredients properly. Keep it rest for 30 minutes.

Apply oil in your palm. Make tikkies.

Heat nonstick pan. Pour some oil. Place 4-5 tikkies at a time. Pan fry both sides until golden brown & crispy on slow flame.

Serve hot with mayonnaise tomato sauce.
