- 1/2 cupBoiled black gram
2 tbspFinely chopped cucumber -
2 tbspBoiled and chopped potato -
2 tbspFinely chopped tomato -
1 tbspFinely chopped onion -
1/4 tspFinely chopped green chilli -
1 tspFinely chopped coriander leaves -
1/4 tspRed chilli powder -
1/4 tspChat masala powder -
to tasteSalt -
2 tspLemon juice -

Boiled black gram in a pressure cooker.

Once coole strain it.

Take a bowl add black gram,cucumber,onion,tomato,green chilli and mix well.

Season with red chilli powder,salt and chat masala.

Pour lemon juice and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
